We find candidates of foreign origin, often people we already support, then train them in the French of your trade (FLE/FOS) before hiring: they are operational and safe from day one.
What we offer.
Candidate sourcing
We find motivated candidates of foreign origin, often among the people we already support or who follow us on social media, directly or with an employment agency. We organise interviews and assess their French. You choose who enters the training.
Tailor-made programme by trade
CEFR placement for each trainee and an A2+ or B1+ target depending on the job. The job's real work situations, identified with you, structure the programme: vocabulary, routings and procedures, safety instructions, workplace writing.
Usually before hiring
In the vast majority of cases, training takes place before hiring, under a POEI funded by France Travail. It is also available for your employees, on site or remotely.
Specialised teaching team
Qualified FLE trainers, experienced in professional French for industry. Interpreting and translation of your technical procedures available.

Where do we operate?
We operate anywhere in mainland France: at your site or remotely. We already train regularly in Pays de la Loire (Nantes, Saint-Nazaire, Angers), Brittany, Hauts-de-France, Île-de-France and Occitanie.
FLE/FOS training for industry: how it works
French for Specific Purposes (FOS) is French-as-a-foreign-language training focused on a trade. Unlike a general French course, every session works on the situations the employee actually meets: understanding a spoken instruction in workshop noise, reading an assembly work order, filling in a traceability sheet, reporting an anomaly, talking with the team leader and the tutor.
Target levels and duration
After an initial assessment on the CEFR scale, we set a realistic goal: A2+ for a beginner (A1+), B1+ for someone with basics (A2+). But beyond the level, the goal is above all mastering the situations specific to your sector: instructions, safety, production documents, communication with the team. An intensive course usually yields a full level.
Funding: POEI and OPCO
The POEI scheme lets France Travail fund up to 450 hours of training before hiring a job seeker. For employees in post, your sector's OPCO funds training under the skills development plan. This funding requires a Qualiopi-certified organisation, which Jobs Around is.
Anywhere in mainland France
We operate anywhere in mainland France, wherever our partner companies recruit: the Loire-Atlantique industrial basin (Nantes, Saint-Nazaire, Montoir-de-Bretagne, Bouguenais), Brittany, Hauts-de-France, Île-de-France, Occitanie (the Toulouse aeronautics basin)… Training takes place at your site or remotely.
