What is the recruitment and integration process?
- Contact and assessment of your needs by a Jobs Around facilitator
- Quotation issued by Jobs Around
- Job posting
- Interview, with or without facilitators, depending on your needs and the French proficiency level of the candidates
- Signing and commencement of the contract. Our facilitators (or teachers) take part as needed.
How much does your services cost?
Every company has different needs:
- Recruitment of unskilled workers
- Recruitment of skilled workers (mechanics, technicians, cooks...)
- Integration with French classes
Once you have submitted your contact information, we will reach out to you to understand your needs and provide a quotation.
In which industries can you help?
We help mainly in those fields: industry (airplane, boat, car construction, industrial cleaning, car repair, food production...) but we are also open to work inthe fields of restaurants, market gardening and cleaning.

My city is not listed in the list above. Can you help me?
If you have a project of hiring at least 8 people than we can help you in any city of France, yes. In this case we just need 3 to 4 weeks to give you a list of candidates. Please reach out to us.
Who are the Jobs Around candidates?
The Jobs Around candidates are predominantly Ukrainians who have arrived in France since March 2022. There are also Russians, Armenians, and generally Russian speakers.
Jobs Around was created in 2022 following the massive arrival of Ukrainians in France to assist French companies with recruitment and integration.
What is the level of French proficiency of the candidates?
The Jobs Around candidates have varying initial levels of French proficiency, as they arrived in France at different times. The level is indicated on the profile of each candidate.
Jobs Around sets up French courses with companies, tailored to the professional vocabulary of each company, to facilitate the integration of the candidates.
What is the educational level of the candidates?
The candidates often hold degrees from their country of origin, and the level of education typically ranges between 2 and 5 years of higher education after high school. The educational level is specified in the candidates' profiles.
The companies we work with have noted that candidates show a great ability to integrate and quickly acquire new professional skills.
Do the candidates wish to stay in France?
The most part of candidates are looking for a permanent contract (CDI) to settle in France and fully integrate into society.

What kind of job can I find with Jobs Around?
Jobs Around specializes in the industrial sector, offering advantages like above-average salaries, engaging roles, and potential for permanent contracts.
We also provide specialized French programs for industry needs. It happens that we have jobs in other sectors (hotels, catering, market gardening...).
Do I need to pay to use Jobs Around services?
Job seekers use Jobs Around services entirely for free! Employers pay a fee for the use of our services.

We are used to helping companies set up recruitment, then providing French classes to newly-hired personnel. Please know that we usually can help from 1 hiring, up to tens of hirings.

Please know that having a minimum french level of A1 is mandatory or recommended when applying to some of our offers with french class.

How can I fund French training for my future employees?
Several schemes exist. France Travail's POEI (Préparation Opérationnelle à l'Emploi Individuelle) funds pre-hire training, up to 450 hours, for a candidate you commit to recruit: this is the set-up we use for our industry and aeronautics programmes, sometimes co-funded by the partner temp agency.
For employees already on the payroll, your OPCO can cover training under the skills development plan. Jobs Around is Qualiopi-certified, a prerequisite for this funding.

What level of French is required to work in industry?
For most operator positions (assembly, wiring, welding, fitting), an A2 level in speaking is enough to understand instructions and safety rules; B1 is the target for autonomy on workplace documents (work orders, traceability, reporting).
Our FLE/FOS courses start from each trainee's actual level (initial assessment) and aim for A2+ or B1+ depending on the starting point. In 2026, our trainees gained at least one CEFR level in 10 weeks of intensive training.
What is the TEF and can you organise it?
The TEF (Test d'Évaluation de Français) is the official test recognised for residence and nationality procedures in France (TEF IRN) and for immigration to Canada (TEF Canada).
Jobs Around is an accredited exam centre in Nantes: we run regular sessions open to everyone, and dedicated sessions for companies. Dates, fees and registration on the TEF exam centre page.
What is the difference between FLE and FOS?
FLE (French as a Foreign Language) is general French learning. FOS (French for Specific Purposes) targets the situations of a given job: technical vocabulary, safety instructions, production documents, exchanges with the team.
Our programmes combine both, with materials created for each trade — for instance our booklets "Technical French for boilermakers and welders" and "The aeronautical fitter's booklet".
Which cities and regions do you cover?
Our training and exam centre is in Nantes. We train and recruit in Pays de la Loire (Nantes, Saint-Nazaire, Angers, Cholet), Brittany (Rennes), Hauts-de-France (Valenciennes), Île-de-France and Occitanie.
Training can take place on site, in our premises or remotely. For another city, contact us: from 8 people to recruit, we can set up a programme.
Do you offer French classes to individuals?
Our courses are designed for people who are looking for or have just found a job: they are usually funded by the employer or by France Travail as part of a recruitment.
