Description

Join home care companies in the Saint-Nazaire area and in Nantes. JobsAround will assist you throughout the recruitment process and your integration into the company. A training course before hiring, including job-specific French, prepares you for the job. Main tasks: - Help elderly or dependent people in their daily lives: housework, laundry, shopping, meals - Accompany them on outings and to appointments - Depending on the position and after training: help with washing and dressing Part-time (at least 24 hours a week) or full-time positions, often permanent. Some companies then offer a work-study programme leading to the ADVF (family life assistant) qualification. Salary: French minimum wage (SMIC), €9.74 net per hour (June 2026), about €1,010 net per month for 24 hours a week and €1,480 full-time. Language: French level A2 minimum, to talk with the people you help and their families. A driving licence is often required. The training is free and funded by France Travail: you need to be registered with France Travail. Once you are registered, we will share your interest in working in home care with our partner companies. We will contact you when a new group is formed near you.
