Interview, with or without facilitators, depending on your needs and the French proficiency level of the candidates
Signing and commencement of the contract. Our facilitators (or teachers) take part as needed.

How much does your services cost?

Every company has different needs:

In which industries can you help?

If you have a project of hiring at least 8 people than we can help you in any city of France, yes. In this case we just need 3 to 4 weeks to give you a list of candidates. Please reach out to us.

Who are the Jobs Around candidates?

The Jobs Around candidates are predominantly Ukrainians who have arrived in France since March 2022. There are also Russians, Armenians, and generally Russian speakers.

Jobs Around was created in 2022 following the massive arrival of Ukrainians in France to assist French companies with recruitment and integration.

What is the level of French proficiency of the candidates?

The Jobs Around candidates have varying initial levels of French proficiency, as they arrived in France at different times. The level is indicated on the profile of each candidate.

Jobs Around sets up French courses with companies, tailored to the professional vocabulary of each company, to facilitate the integration of the candidates.

What is the educational level of the candidates?

The candidates often hold degrees from their country of origin, and the level of education typically ranges between 2 and 5 years of higher education after high school. The educational level is specified in the candidates' profiles.

The companies we work with have noted that candidates show a great ability to integrate and quickly acquire new professional skills.

Do the candidates wish to stay in France?

The most part of candidates are looking for a permanent contract (CDI) to settle in France and fully integrate into society.
